WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

 I still recall my school days, where we were handling seven subjects in that grade. It was striking to notice how some students excelled in all subjects, while others mastered four or just one. However, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that even those who excelled in all seven didn't do so equally. Unfortunately, this led to pride and comparisons, causing jealousy and hatred among us, ultimately resulting in divisions within our single grade.


As Christians, we're called to be the body of Christ, representing unity in the Kingdom . Yet, we often find ourselves struggling with various issues – lust, adultery, homosexuality, and more. We might be tempted to distance ourselves from fellow believers who struggle with certain sins, but that's not what the Lord expects of us. Instead, we're called to... 

"carry each other's burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ" Galatians 6:2.


‭‭1 Corinthians 12:27 NIV‬‬

Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.

In Romans 14:19, it says, "Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification." We need to focus on building each other up, rather than tearing each other down. As the body of Christ, we're called to unity, love, and humility.


The scripture in Ephesians 4:11-16 reminds us that Christ gave us spiritual gifts to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up and reach unity in faith. We're called to speak the truth in love, grow in maturity, and function as a unified body, with each part doing its work.


In 1 Corinthians 12:14-20, it says, "For the body is not one member, but many... If the foot would say, 'Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body,' that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear would say, 'Because I am not an eye, I am not part of the body,' that would not make it any less a part of the body." We need to recognize and appreciate the diversity of gifts and callings within the body of Christ.


Let's be obedient to the Holy Spirit's guidance and fulfill our callings. As Jesus said, 

"By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another" John 13:35.

 Let's strive for unity and love, rather than allowing divisions and the enemy's schemes to take hold.


‭‭John 17:20-23 NIV‬‬

[20] “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, [21] that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. [22] I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— [23] I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

Let's pray for unity and love, that the world may see the authenticity of our faith.Know your calling, and let's walk in obedience to the Lord's guidance, in Jesus' name."

ADDICTION DOESN'T HAVE POWER OVER ME!

  There is one sun and one moon in this world we're living in, but we got seven continents and one hundred and ninety-five countries. All with different timezones, I usually have online bible studies with the brothers and sisters in Christ across the world. The first thing that comes into mind is to want to know what time it is on their side, in order to keep track of their schedules and also knowing the seasons. You might wanna know where I'm going with this, well, it's all about our lives as Christians. We are many and for different purposes, yet there's only one Holy Spirit and one God.
